Welcome to Online Cooking 101: A Taste of East Asia

If you have participated in a cooking class or have completed one of our Online COOL'inary Clubs, then try this 101 course!  It is the perfect class for young chefs looking to practice and advance their culinary skills and have fun in the kitchen! We will have some fun cooking up four SENSATIONAL recipes from four different cuisines in East Asia: Japanese, Mongolian, Korean, and Chinese!

• Eat yummy food and have fun

We'll feature four recipes from countries in East Asia:

• Japanese Tofu Crispy Katsu + Broccoli Fried "Rice" + Lucky Melon Soda
• Mighty Mongolian Fried Rice + Cumin Frizzled Onions + Warm Mongolian Cinnamon Milk Tea
• Crispy Korean Kid-Made Veggie Pancakes + Sweet-Sour Soy Sauce + Iced Apple Ginger Punch
• Marvelous "Mantou" Chinese Steamed Buns + Savory Black Bean Sauce + "Water You Cooking Up?" Flavored Water

Class Notes:

• Class Time is 6:00 pm EST to 7:00 pm EST.
• Class is open to ALL AGES.
• Only 1 registration is needed per household. Siblings can join on the same screen and can share ingredients OR have their own!
• Your child will need access to a full oven.
• Parental guidance is suggested, based on your child's age and ability.
• You will receive a welcome email before the class with instructions for logging in and the recipes [Be sure to check your spam folder!] AND you will have access to the recipes through your account after registration.
